"Thanks to Keyspire, our net worth has more than doubled since joining, over 4 and a half years ago!
We have completed 30 deals, which included: purchasing 5 turn-key purpose built 4-plexes (2 in July 2016, 2 in July 2017 and the last one in April 2020), a student rental (in December 2020) and investing in 11 Land Developments and 13 Syndicate Mortgages. All our properties were 100% financed, so the returns are infinite (~36% to 42% ROI using 4 Ways to Win)!
We invested 20-30 hours a week up front in 2016 to set things up, but now we have a system in place and only spend a few hours a month to connect with our property managers.
