Since the beginning of the COVID19 situation, our team has been closely monitoring the situation and its rapid and constant evolution.


Scott and I have been on the phone with our leadership team constantly and have implemented our crisis preparedness plan to ensure the safety of our teams and customers, and the appropriate continuity of our services.


Above I have outlined the current state of our products and services plan. This plan is evolving real-time as the situation evolves.


Please Note that we are adjusting our plan real-time based on the direction, recommendations and/or requirements of the appropriate municipal, provincial/state, and federal governing bodies.


As well as Health Canada, the World Health Organization and the CDC.


The health and safety and well being of our teams and customer community is the priority to Scott and I during this time  so we can continue to deliver and support the products you count on.


Considering the most recent news and announcements from the government and the health organizations, we have made the decision to have employees in our offices work from home through at least March 30, 2020.


We have also suspended business travel until further notice.


Our team is focused on answering your calls and emails as quickly as possible.
We might not have all the answers on the spot, but we are collaborating every day to get the answers to your questions as quickly as possible.


We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and ask for your understanding as our team strives to deliver individualized service to each caller in turn.

FAQ's

Do you know approximately when the rescheduled Workshops will take place? 
We are optimistic that we will be able to reschedule our educational events as soon as possible for everyone who is eager to advance their training. While we continue to listen to the guidance of government and health officials, it is clear the next few weeks and months will see more of a disturbance to our regular routines and it is impossible to predict when things will return to normal. We will email everyone registered for these events when new dates are confirmed.
 
What if the rescheduled dates do not work for me?
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled dates for a 3-Day Workshop, we will allow you to attend any Workshop across Canada for 12 months following the rescheduled dates.
 
Will there be a virtual option available for the Workshops?
We appreciate everyone’s enthusiasm to get the content in our events from another platform! At this time, we do not have digital delivery system that will provide the same individual attention, and Q&A opportunities that we’ve found ensures our attendees get what they’re looking for. We do plan to grow our online training opportunities going forward, so keep an eye out for exciting developments that you can take advantage of from the comfort of your home!
 
Are the Live Bootcamps being cancelled?
Due to government restrictions on travel and gatherings, as well as the importance of the safety of our staff and customers, we are temporarily postponing the in-person attendance of our Bootcamp events until a time when it is safe to meet.  The safety of our staff and our customers is our top priority. 

If you’ve already registered for the April or May bootcamp, you will be able to attend a bonus Digital Bootcamp on May 12 and 13 delivered live online. This will no impact your live attendance opportunity, so if you want to come experience the content live you’ll have a chance to do so once we reschedule the event (when it is safe to do so).

I have travel or accommodation for the Bootcamp booked, should I cancel?
We would advise looking into cancellation or re-booking policies of anything currently booked. Many hotels and airlines are being extremely flexible with cancellation fees during this uncertain time of travel and gathering restrictions and no clear details on when it will be safe to lift these. Everyone has their own unique comfort and risk threshold when it comes to personal and financial decisions, and we trust that event attendees can evaluate their scenarios individually. We wouldn’t want anyone to experience unnecessary costs due to delayed events, so please explore your options to understand what fees might apply if Bootcamps are rescheduled into later months.
